THE MALLORIE CHALLENGE!!!

I went to my OBG appt yesterday and I have HIGH blood pressure!! Which is not good when your pregnant because the baby can have a low birth weigh and other major health problems! When I had Maleah I got pre-eclampsia! Which is where your boby doesn't flush the toxins properly!! It can also cause kidney and liver problems in me and the unborn child!!
But I didn't get symptoms until 30 weeks with Maleah and then they took her by c-section at 34 weeks so we would be ok! Maleah was my miracle baby! She had NO problems when she was born she just weighed 3lbs. 11oz! Which was from the high blood pressure!
But this time around I am only 14 weeks and my protein count in my urine is to a 1! Your not suppose to have any protein in your urine at all!! It got to a 6 when they decided to take Maleah out! SO My Doc told me to exercise, eat fruits, veggies, alittle chicken, stay away from sodium, and drink a whole lot of water!
But then she told me I could do all these things and still get preeclampsia! Because healthy women get it too!!!! So I am just going to do everything I can and put the rest in God's hands!!
So This morning I had oatmeal and a banana and took Maleah for at long walk...So just keep me and the baby in your prayers and pray God gives me a craving for salad!
SOOOOOOO HERE's THE CHALLENGE!!
THIS IS TO all MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY WHO LOVE AND CARE ABOUT ME!! I CHALLENGE EVERYONE TO SUPPORT me and do MY CHALLENGE TO!!
IF YOU DARE!!

I love sweets and hamburgers and FRIES!! JUST LIKE EVERYONE!! But It's not healthy for me or the baby!! SOO if you want to help me and yourself.. try and eat healthy with me til NOV. 15 or when this kid comes!! ALOTS of FRUIT and VEGGIES and Chicken and WATER.. NO SODA's and no salt! and exercise!! HEALTHY FOOD and low sodium foods! If you eat a salad try and put low sodium dressing on it!!

I WILL inform everyone on my progress!!!

I started this pregnancy at 235.. I am down 5 pounds.... Weight is just a number and I am holding myself accountable to all of you!!! LET me know if you are going to make a CHANGE!!

I CAN DO THIS by myself but I know it will be easier with all of your support!!
David is down.. even Maleah is eating more fruits and veggies!!
